How the waiting list works

Join the waiting list
Fill in the form. It is a Google Form and opens in a new tab. Use contact details you check often, because that is how we will reach you.
Your place is recorded
The list is first come, first served, in the order the forms are received.
Wait for an opening
We are at full occupancy, so there may be a wait. We cannot say how long it will be.
We contact the list first
When a studio becomes available, we contact the people on the waiting list, in order, using the details on your form. Only people on the list are contacted.
Public advertising comes last
A studio is advertised publicly only if nobody on the waiting list takes it up.

Please note

Not a promise of accommodation. Joining the waiting list is not a booking, a reservation or a promise of a studio. Being on the list, or near the top of it, does not guarantee that you will be offered one. Any offer depends on a studio being available and on you and OneSquareK agreeing and signing a tenancy agreement.

Enquiries go back to the list. We do not take enquiries about whether a particular studio is free, and we cannot hold a studio for you outside the list. Please do not call, message or visit to ask about openings. We will point you back to the waiting list.

Keep your details up to date. We can only reach you with the details on your form. If they change, tell us or submit the form again.

OneSquareK may change the list. OneSquareK may change, pause or close the waiting list, or change how it works, at any time, and is not liable to anyone for doing so.

Your details. The form collects only what you enter. We use it to manage the waiting list and to contact you about openings. See the privacy notice.

This is not part of the share offer. This page is about renting a studio. It is separate from the OneSquareK share offer. It is not an offer of shares, a recommendation to buy them or investment advice. Joining the waiting list gives no priority in the share offer, and applying for shares gives no priority on the waiting list.

Questions and answers

Are there studios free now?

We are currently at full occupancy. Openings do happen, and the people on the waiting list hear first.

Can I phone or visit to ask about openings?

Please do not. All enquiries about open studios are directed back to the waiting list, so that everyone is treated in the same order.

How long will I wait?

We cannot say. It depends on when a current tenant leaves and on who is ahead of you on the list.

Will you advertise studios publicly?

Only if nobody on the waiting list takes up the studio.

Does this have anything to do with buying shares?

No. The waiting list is for people who want to rent a studio. The share offer is separate, and neither gives you priority in the other. To read about the share offer, visit the Investor Centre.
