Privacy notice
Who is responsible. OneSquareK Property Development Plc, PACRA no. 120261044360, No 56 Kapeshi Road, Kalingalinga, Lusaka, is the data controller.
What we collect. When you request an application form: your name, email address, mobile number, whether you are applying as an individual, a group or an institution, and your confirmations that you have been given access to the Prospectus and understand the risk factors, that you are not a US person and are applying from Zambia, and that you agree to be contacted about your request. We do not ask for your gender, marital status, income or how much you might invest. If you email or phone us, we keep what you send us. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why, and on what basis. To send you the application form and answer your request, with your consent, and to keep a record that the offer was made only to people it may lawfully be made to. We do not use your details for anything else without asking you.
Who we share it with. Your request is emailed to Money Acumen Advisory Limited, the Designated Adviser, which issues offer communications, and to a second recipient at OneSquareK. We also use service providers acting only on our instructions: Netlify, which hosts this website and runs the form. We do not sell your details.
Where it is processed. Netlify may process your details on servers outside Zambia. We use it only where it protects your data to the standard the Data Protection Act, 2021 requires, and we will not otherwise transfer it outside Zambia unless the Act allows it.
How long we keep it. For as long as needed to deal with your request and the offer, and as required by law. The emails are kept in the mailboxes of the recipients above; Netlify keeps its own short-term logs. After listing we will ask for your consent again before sending shareholder news.
Tenants' waiting list. If you join the waiting list for studios, the form is hosted by Google (Google Forms), which processes your answers on our behalf, possibly outside Zambia. We use your details only to manage the waiting list and to contact you about openings, with your consent. We keep them while you remain on the list. You may ask us to remove you at any time.
Your rights. You may ask to see your data, correct it or have it deleted, object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. You may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security. We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures and will report any breach as the Act requires.
Terms of use
The content of this site is provided for information about the Company and its offer. It is accurate at the date shown on each page and may be updated. Where anything on this site differs from the Prospectus, the Prospectus prevails.
You may view, download and print pages for your own use. Photographs and the One Square K name and logo belong to the Company and may not be reused without permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; the Company is not responsible for their content.
