Long term tenants pay to refill cooking gas containers and pay ZMW 300 monthly to cover the costs of power (if you use a gas stove, ZMW 300 more if you do not), solid waste collection, water and sewerage management. Monies for utilities are paid into airtel money account +260977246612 every 1st of the month. Any savings from monies collected can be used as decided by the community of tenants. Gas refills are managed by KDD gas, check the gasit app for pricing.

Wear and tear is inevitable, but if it's broken, let's fix it! Residents must log plumbing and electrical faults or damages to appliances and the property here.  To ensure all logged reports are resolved with ample communication, current residents must complete prescribed forms. Garbage is collected every Thursday. Residents must separate organic waste for composting, and plastics, glass and paper for recycling in bins provided.
